We accept Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, UMR and United.
If your insurance isn’t listed, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Rates apply to online sessions.

For individual therapy sessions, the rate is $140 per 50–60 minute session, including EMDR therapy. If you’d like to discuss sliding scale options or flexible payment arrangements, please contact me — I strive to make therapy accessible and sustainable.
